Saturday 30th December 2006: A small update today to the note for the St Albans IAK heat from May 1977. May I take this opportunity to thank friends and contributors for their help and support, and visitors for their kind words about JSFnetGB during 2006, and wish all visitors to the site a very happy and healthy 2007.

Saturday 23rd December 2006: Some revisions and additions today to the notes for the 1974 series. Merry Christmas to all our visitors and contributors!

Saturday 2nd December 2006: Trawling through some old editions of Radio Times, an interesting letter came to our attention, which now forms a note relating to the 1967 International Final. Also added today, four new scans from the Radio Times, all for 1967, including a cover illustration we weren't previously aware of. Direct links: August 19th-25th edition - Cover, p29, p31; September 2nd-8th edition, p31. Enjoy!

Sunday 19th November 2006: Broadcast timeslots added for all the recent updates to Miscellaneous Broadcasts sections. Also scoregirls for the domestic UK heats added to the 1969 Series page. Further items added to the Media: Radio Times 1968 and 1969 pages. Click here and here for the 1968 pages and here for the new 1969 item.

Thursday 9th November 2006: Further updates have been made to the Miscellaneous Broadcasts pages today, notably to 1992, 1997 and 2003.

Wednesday 8th November 2006: Several additions have been made to the Miscellaneous Broadcasts pages, particularly for 1971, 1973, 1974, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1992, 1995 and 2003. The Series Guide pages have also seen minor updates with previously missing or partial details, such as recording locations. Many thanks to Adam McLean for his assistance.

Friday 3rd November 2006: The recent BBC2 tribute to the late Raymond Baxter, which featured clips from the 1978 It's A Celebrity Knockout, has been added to the 2006 Miscellaneous Broadcasts page.

Monday 30th October 2006: The Collectables pages have been revised today, so that 'Books' now have a sub-section of their own. Two new books pages have been added - one for the 1971 BBC publication, Games from It's A Knockout and a second for a new book from Italy, which we hope to present more information about soon. Another result and notes added for IAK Heat 5 from 1975. Notes added for 1967 JSF Heat 4 and the International Final of the same year, and also for Heat 1 of the 1969 JSF series.

Thursday 26th October 2006: Another result found - for IAK Heat 1 from 1974. Also a note added about the 1975 It's A Christmas Knockout from Cortina, Italy.

Wednesday 25th October 2006: A very nice update this evening - all thanks to Michael Swaffield, who has supplied the site with scans of a great promotional item from 1971 - a First Day Cover and postcard from the Blackpool JSF heat of that year. Cheers, Michael!

Friday 20th October 2006: Thanks to Simon Sturdy for his help which has lead to us being able to add the score for the 1981/2 It's A Christmas Knockout.

Thursday 19th October 2006: Thanks to Richard Farnham for correcting one of our 1978 scores - the Belgian JSF heat - from his audio recording of the transmission. It's important to get these things right! Also we've now discovered the actual venue of the 1977 Halifax IAK - Wellesley Park.

Tuesday 10th October 2006: A small update tonight, with the result and a few details for the 4th 1975 It's A Knockout heat from Beamish Park, County Durham, plus the venue for the Galashiels heat for IAK Heat 3 from 1967.

Tuesday 5th September 2006: It's been a very long time coming, but finally an update in 2006! Thanks to a number of people who have contacted us with information. Paul Leaver has again come up trumps with information about ancient Knockout programmes that are lost forever. Thanks to his research efforts, the results pages for 1966 and 1967 look more complete than ever. Thanks to Michael Griffiths of Swansea for pointing me towards our sister-site JSFnetFrance, from where we've been able to add a couple of bits of team information to the 1969 page. This also lead to us discovering an earlier set of annual JSF in Winter (entitled Interneige), the basic information for which has been added to the 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980 and 1981 pages. Only one result so far: hopefully more to come. We're getting there! Thanks also to Sarah-Jane Gray, who attended the 1977 IAK heat in St. Albans and went back there two years later to see the 1979 JSF heat. Sarah-Jane remembers the St. Albans team doing a great job in the dress rehearsal, winning with 52 points, but failing to repeat the feat in the heat proper. A note to this effect has been added to the entry and Sarah-Jane has also kindly supplied two of the photos she took back in 1979 and we are pleased to add these to the site with her permission. Likewise, thanks to competitor, Tony Smith, who has supplied an interesting footnote to the 1971 International Final in Essen, Germany.
