The information presented below is a guide to the format of the games played in 1994 in Jeux Sans Frontières and It's A Christmas Knockout and how points were awarded in each event. Nine teams contest Jeux Sans Frontières this year, the highest number to date. This necessitates a small change in the running of the games, and, for one year only, the Election Game returns (see the 1988 and 1989 Scoreboard entries for further details). These changes result in the highest achievable score in JSF to date - 108 points.
